Phoenix Weaponry takes the venerable Ruger American/Ruger American Ranch rifles and converts them to an integrally suppressed weapon system using its proven suppressor design to provide the ultimate in sound suppression. The process begins by threading the barrel for the rear cap and the addition of Phoenix Weaponry’s proven 8-inch suppressor core. Next, the outer sleeve is fitted, and the end cap is threaded on all while keeping each piece aligned. The barrel channel of the rifle stock is then modified to allow for the addition of the integral suppressor. By utilizing as much length of the barrel as possible for the integral suppressor, Phoenix Weaponry has achieved better sound suppression over traditional type suppressors. Testing various integrally suppressed rifles has proven that recoil is dramatically reduced, and the shooter experiences a more balanced feel of the rifle.
