October is the favorite month of many anglers and hunters, and it’s safe to say that Wisconsin angler Nicole Lynn would agree. Check out the Facebook video below where she captures video of a giant muskie — approximately 50 inches — as it devours a bucktail beside her kayak. Yes, she’s muskie fishing on a fairly large Wisconsin lake in a kayak, but Nicole isn’t a rookie. As you’ll see, not only is she smart enough to wear a personal flotation device, but she’s also well-versed in how to handle a big fish from a kayak.

The video is intense. I especially like the violent head shakes from the massive muskie the moment it’s hooked. (Note: She doesn’t discuss this topic in the Facebook comments section, but it’s clear she’s dragging a sucker under a float behind her kayak on a second rod, which is legal in Wisconsin.)
