Exclusive Report: 2014 Mathews retailer business show

Hundreds of archery retailers from all over the country were on hand Dec. 9 through 11 for the 2014 Mathews Retailer Business Show, held at the Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. The retailers came to see and shoot the exciting new Mathews and Mission bows and crossbows, and see all of the wide-ranging Lost Camo licensed gear and apparel offered by more than 120 exhibitors.

Members of team Bowhunting World and Archery Business were on hand as well, and quickly became acquainted with some of the biggest "stars" of the show that included the new Mathews Creed XS — which measures just 28 inches axle to axle and delivers up to 321fps with its SimPlex Solo Cam — and the new Monster Chill R, which measures 33 inches axle to axle and shoots up to 342 fps, courtesy of its Perimeter Weighted Dyad AVS dual cam system.

There was plenty more to see, at this, the "unofficial" start to the new trade show season.
