The Midwest’s largest 3D archery festival is coming to Superior, Wisconsin, July 27-29. Four amazing archery courses have been set up to test shooters of all skill levels.

3D archery festivalMont Du Lac Resort, Superior, Wisconsin’s premiere outdoor summer and winter recreation facility, is set to host the Midwest’s largest 3-D archery festival, Bowfest, July 27- 29, 2018. The weekend’s events include four unique archery courses with 80-plus Rinehart targets and thousands of dollars in prizes. There will be open classes for shooters to test their skills in realistic hunting scenarios with breathtaking scenery.

3D archery festivalThe events don’t end with the archery. Live music featuring Aaron Lewis as the headliner, along with Freebird (the Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute band) and Shalo Lee. Top hunting personalities Levi Morgan, Tim Wells, Babe Winkelman, Pat and Nicole Reeve and Brent and Nicole Larson will also be in attendance.

“Bowfest offers one-of-a-kind archery courses and contests, live music from well-known bands, along with special guests and vendors, there is a little something for everyone,” said Jason Mormando, Chief of Operations at MDL Resort. “MDL is a unique property with a lot to offer — you have to see it in person to truly appreciate it. The archery events will be split up in three divisions for shooters of different skill levels. Advanced, Hunter and Beginner/Traditional will have shoot-offs in each division for cash and prizes.
