COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — Ohio's Department of Natural Resources says the Division of Wildlife will extend its toll-free general hunting information hotline during the state's deer-gun hunting seasons.
The hotline hours will be extended during the youth deer-gun season and prior to and during the deer-gun season.
State officials say many hunters have last-minute questions during the white-tailed deer-gun hunting seasons. The special call center hours include 8 a.m.-7 p.m. on Nov. 23-24 for youth deer-gun season.
The hours for Nov. 30 to Dec. 8 will be 8 a.m.-7 p.m. for deer-gun season.
The hotline will be closed Thanksgiving Day.
