Noveske Rifleworks has decided to go public this year with the Noveske Buck Challenge. The competition was previously held in-house.
Winners will win one of Noveske’s new Apache bolt guns or a Rogue Hunter. There’s also a $500 prize to be spent at the online shop.
The first thing potential participants must do is purchase a $10 tag from the Noveske website. Purchasing a Buck Challenge tee shirt or sweatshirt will come with a complimentary tag. Participants must like both Noveske’s Facebook and Instagram pages, and entry photos must be posted on Instagram with the appropriate hashtag for the category entered.
The competition, which spans from Oct. 1 through Nov. 4, includes three categories:
- A photo of a person with a buck, Noveske rifle and Noveske tag hanging from the rack. The deer must be shot by a Noveske rifle. Include the hashtag #noveskebucktag with the photo. The winner, chosen at random, receives an Apache bolt gun.
- A photo of a person with a buck shot by any rifle and the Noveske tag hanging from the rack. The winner, chosen at random, receives a Rogue hunter rifle. Use the hashtag #noveskebucktag.
- The best photo of a funny use for the Noveske buck tag. Use the hashtag #funnynoveskebucktag. The winner, chosen via an online voting system, receives a $500 certificate for the web store.
Winners will need to provide a copy of their state-issued tag to claim their prize. No bows, no black powder and no pistol hunting are allowed in the contest.
