NEW YORK (AP) -- Officials say another coyote has been spotted in New York City, this time near LaGuardia Airport.

The Port Authority, which runs the airport, says it was sighted in a marsh in Queens on Thursday morning.

The animal then darted into Elmjack Field, where authorities lost track of it.

It was the latest in a string of coyote sighting around the city. In late April, another coyote was seen in Queens. It was tranquilized and captured by police.

That same month, another coyote was captured near a sidewalk in downtown Manhattan.

At least four other coyotes have been spotted in the city this year.
