Police in Princeton have killed a coyote that was described as being aggressive.

PRINCETON, N.J. (AP) — Police in Princeton have killed a coyote that was described as being aggressive.

Police say they responded to reports of an animal growling and appearing disoriented on Quaker Road Monday.

Animal control and health officials told officers to destroy the animal.

The Times of Trenton reports the coyote was taken to a state lab for testing.
