Kevin VanDam (aka KVD) is a legendary name in tournament bass fishing — seven BASS Angler of the Year titles, four-time Bassmaster Classic Champion, and 2018 Hall of Fame Inductee. Now retired from regular tournament fishing, KVD continues to pursue bass and regularly posts content on his various social media channels.
The 1.5-minute Facebook video below is a perfect example. KVD is fishing with Steve Harvey, well-known comedian, TV host (think Family Feud), actor, writer and producer. What you might not have known about Harvey is he LOVES to fish for largemouth bass. Sharing the boat is country music star Luke Bryan, who was hosting the group in Tennessee. FYI: Also fishing with the guys that day (but not shown in this video) was another bass fishing legend, Bill Dance, as well as Bass Pro Shops Founder Johnny Morris.
