The majority of bowhunters who carry a compound choose an index-style release. That said, many of them don’t use the release correctly.
In the 1-minute YouTube video below, T-Bone (Travis Turner of Bone Collector and Realtree Roadtrips fame) demonstrates the right (photo above) — and wrong — way to use an index-style release.
