Whether you’re a seasoned archer or just a beginner, all are invited to experience the Rinehart R100 traveling archery tournament, coming to Conway, Arkansas, May 4-5, at the Ben Pearson Archery Range.
Hosted by Rinehart Targets, the full weekend of archery fun includes games, novelty shoots, raffles and a tournament awards ceremony where archers can win prizes.
“We’re in our 16th year and are incredibly excited to bring our Rinehart R100 event to the families of Conway this year,” said David Weaver, R100 coordinator for Rinehart Targets. “We are passionate about archery, and are proud to have an opportunity to introduce people across the country to the sport we love through a fun-filled weekend.”
The R100 archery festival is open to adults and kids of all ages. In the archery competitions, participants will have the opportunity to take shots at 100 unique 3-D targets — everything from life-sized giraffes, hippos and T-Rex dinosaurs, to zebras and elephants.
Families are encouraged to attend, and no archery experience is necessary to join in the shooting. In addition to the archery events, participants have the opportunity to win a number of raffle prize packages provided by event sponsors: Mathews Inc., Lancaster Archery Supply, Nose Jammer, Vortex Optics, AAE and Orion Coolers.
Attendees can pre-register for the event at www.r100.org and save up to $10. Participants can also register onsite beginning Saturday, May 4, at 7:30 a.m., and begin shooting immediately.
Visitors of the R100 festival are encouraged to post their event pictures on Facebook @RinehartR100 or Instagram @Rinehart_R100 using #R100shoot to participate in R100 giveaways and for a chance to be featured on the page.
