P&Y Club namesakes Dr. Saxton Pope (l) and Art Young in one of their famous poses from a century ago.

The biennial convention and awards banquet will be April 6-9 in Rochester, Minnesota, near the club's headquarters and museum. Highlighting the event will be the Big Game Exhibit, featuring over 100 of the biggest trophies entered into the recordbook over the past two years, covering all of the club's 34 categories.

Some of the popular activities include the P&Y Auction; photo and art contest and outfitter exhibit hall; and the awards banquet. The Archery Hall of Fame will induct new members Fred Asbell, renowned traditional shooter and former P&Y president, and Will "Chief" Compton, who famously mentored the club’s namesakes Dr. Saxton Pope and Art Young. Other activities include the Glenn St. Charles Memorial Golf Tournament; a sporting clays tourney, and tours of the P&Y museum, Mathews Archery, and other tours.

There will be a wide variety of seminars and workshops by experts in various facets of bowhunting, and luncheons hosted by luminaries and entertainers, including Michael Waddell.

Don’t miss out of the famous P&Y Mega-Raffle. You could win an $18,000 dream hunt to British Columbia, a $15,000 lease on a GMC truck, or an African Safari!
