Gun Talk Media pic

In my opinion, the 3-minute YouTube video below is must-see TV.

Super slow-motion cameras show us fast-moving events like you’ve never seen before, and that’s certainly true for the video below. Here’s the background: The guys from Gun Talk Media wanted to test whether it’s possible to shoot a bullet into the barrel of another gun. They conducted their test/experiment with two semiauto handguns.

A couple of the test parameters surprised me: I assumed they’d mount the gun that was being fired in some sort of vice; of course, the gun being targeted was held in a vice. Nope — the gun being fired was held by hand. The second surprise was the shooter used iron sights.

As you’ll see, the guys set up a short shooting distance: 15 feet. This makes sense; you don’t want to be firing a gun so close to a second one that a bullet fragment could hurt someone.

The guys from Gun Talk Media were successful in their quest; check out for yourself how many shots it took to accomplish. The slow-mo footage is amazing!
