In a move sure to please Browning fans who are also small-gauge shotgun aficionados, Browning is expanding its popular Citori 725 line of Over/Unders to 28ga and .410 in 2015.
Building on the success of the new-look Citori 725, successfully launched several years ago, the small-gauge line will include two new offerings, a Sporting model for clay target shooters and a Field model for hunters.
Both models feature a low profile steel receiver with full-width steel hinge-pin and tapered locking bolt for maximum durability, along with Grade III/IV walnut stocks with a gloss oil finish and a recoil pad with Inflex technology.
The Sporting model is available with 30” and 32” barrels, and includes a set of 5 deluxe grade extended choke tubes. MSRP is $3,199 for both the 28ga and .410.
The Field model, available with 26” and 28” barrels, sports a nice bird engraving on the receiver and includes a set of 3 choke tubes. MSRP for both gauges is $2,599.
