If you're looking for a new 45 that fits like a glove and shoots smooth as silk, take a look at the Walther PPQ 45.

Just introduced at the 2016 SHOT Show, Walther has made a big-bore handgun with the hand-hugging ergonomics Walther is known for with a trigger that would give any competition gun a run for its money.

We liked the heavier slide of the PPQ 45 for its recoil mitigation and the 4.25-inch barrel length really makes the new handgun an option for concealed carry. The gun features a polygonal rifled barrel and fully ambidextrous controls. The Tenifer finish and aggressively textured grip makes for a great looking pistol that stays put even after a 12-round mag dump.
