ATN is announcing an all-new series of riflescopes using cutting-edge night-vision technology: the X-Sight Gen 5 series. The new scopes build on the incredible success of ATN’s previous X-Sight scopes, know for quality images, rich features, and impressive value for your dollar.

Once out of reach for civilians without incredibly deep pockets, night-vision technology has become so accessible and affordable that it’s taking the hunting world by storm. Night vision harnesses ambient light — the light of the moon, the stars and other sources — and intensifies it to illuminate the image you see through the optic, or it uses an infrared illuminator to provide its own invisible source of light. By offering hunters the ability to “see in the dark” with recognizable detail, night-vision riflescopes make hunting for coyotes, hogs and other game a high-tech and efficient pursuit.

In a continual quest for innovation, ATN is moving the electro-optics category forward again with the introduction of the 5th Gen X-Sight 5 Ultra HD 4K+ smart day/night scope. Thanks to an upgraded, high-performance sensor, the X-Sight 5 offers ultra-high-definition imaging in the 1280x960 display, with 4 million more pixels. This gives you accurate tones, vivid colors and a true-to-life visual sensation. It’s a 24-hour visual experience like you’ve never seen! And the ATN 4K+ 4056x3040 30/60/120 fps sensor isn’t just another upgrade — ATN says it’s the highest-sensor resolution on the market, more than double the competition, and 33% more than ATN’s X-Sight 4K models.

The powerful Gen V Quad Core makes a host of smart features possible, like 4K video recording, dual streaming, recoil-activated video in slow-motion, a ballistic calculator, and a ballistics profile manager, among others. Choose from multiple reticle colors and patterns, or create your own customized reticle exactly the way you want it. Of course, the X-Sight 5 series scopes also offer the features ATN is known for, like the handy one-shot zero, smooth zoom, an e-compass, wifi, a 3-D gyroscope and 3-D accelerometer, ATN’s Radar app compatibility, and ultra-low power consumption (up to 14 hours).

Four models are currently available: a 3-15X with or without a laser rangefinder, and a 5-25X with or without a laser rangefinder. Mounted on the included 30mm rings with a comfortable 90mm of eye relief, the X-Sight 5 will fit and feel much like a traditional scope, making hunters who might be new to smart digital optics more comfortable. The rugged housing is weather-resistant and operates in temperatures as low as -20F and as warm as 120F, and all X-Sight 5 scopes carry a two-year warranty.

Pushing the boundaries of how technology can serve hunters is one of the things ATN does best, and hunters seeking the best bang for their buck would do well to look at the X-Sight Gen 5 series. Its quality imaging, high-performance sensor and host of smart features will make it your new favorite piece of gear.
