Next to the muscle power of the more mechanically complicated quad limb compounds, the 160-pound Swarm shoots bolts that reach a respectable 235 fps with only a 10.5-inch power stroke. Like all Velocity crossbows, The Swarm has a fully-enclosed 4-pound trigger.
The Swarm package includes a 6-bolt quiver, three 20-inch bolts, and a Red/Green Dot sight with 5-position brightness adjustment. Like many of Velocity’s other crossbows, The Swarm comes both in combat black and Realtree Xtra camo, with an MSRP of $250.
