Full-Throttle Communications, a full-service public relations and marketing agency, recently relocated its headquarters. The agency remains based in Moorpark, California, just 30 minutes north of Los Angeles. The new offices will provide added functional space needed for the growing agency.

In addition, the full-service agency added a new marketing assistant, Emma Oeland, to its team of public relations and marketing professionals. In her new position, Oeland will play a key role in helping clients gain a competitive edge in the marketplace by providing ongoing account management, public relations and marketing support to the agency's top executive team.

Oeland received her bachelor's degree from UCLA, where she worked as a radio journalist at Daily Bruin Radio. She currently resides in Moorpark, where she enjoys taking on the trails both on foot and on her bike or reading up on the latest marketing trends.
