BUTTE, Mont. (AP) — Some burglars breached a brick wall to steal compound bows from a Butte archery store.

Butte-Silver Bow Undersheriff George Skuletich says the break-in at Rocky Mountain Archery netted four high-end bow and arrow packages worth about $3,600.

A burglar alarm alerted police to the busted bricks at about 2:20 a.m. Wednesday.

Skuletich tells The Montana Standard this is not the first time Butte criminals have broken through a wall in a burglary, but it's not very common. He says most go through doorways.

Officers are still investigating.
