It is made from 18-gauge steel with a 16-gauge steel door and is completely covered in half-inch-thick foam rubber and can be opened three ways — thumbprint, key and code. The Headrest Safe will fit in all vehicles with a two-prong post headrest pattern and can be easily installed. It was designed to be positioned on the passenger side, so the driver has direct access to the safe from the driver’s seat (photos above).
