The fear could be heard in a Boston sport anchor’s voice when he repeatedly said, “I am, I am,” while being instructor to hold an escaping baby alligator “tight.”

News Channel 10 sports anchor Steve Burton’s experience holding the gator was ultimately posted online to allow the rest of the country to enjoy. The backstory is the news station was reportedly doing a segment with herpetologist Michael Ralbovsky, but when the alligator began to flail to a nearly uncontrollable level, everything stopped before Burton was saved. To be fair, Burton held his own until the second herpetologist came to his rescue — all while everyone laughed.
