A staple in its line since 1989, the Accu-Tek model AT 382 may not be new or high-tech, but it continues to be a top seller for Ontario, California-based Excel Arms. The all-stainless semi-automatic is perfect for concealed carry, is available in either pink or black grips, and suitable for both men and women. Indeed, it is a super buy, retailing at $289.

"A lot of men come in and get the gun for their wife or girlfriend," said Richard Gilliam, sales manager at Excel Arms.

Excel Industries, Inc., the parent company, was founded by Gilliam's grandfather. The company sells its products nationwide through dealers as well as directly to the public.
