McMinn joined the GSM team five years ago and has worked up the ranks serving as national sales manager for the past two year. McMinn was a part of building industry brands such as Mossy Oak Apparel and Russell Outdoors amongst other brands throughout his 23-year sales career. His extensive background in selling apparel, sporting goods, and hunting and camping products has led him to excel in building relationships among the industry’s top retailers as well as custom retailers.
