It’s like the gun show of all gun shows.

Each year SHOT Show has literally miles of tables with guns and booths from every manufacturer you can imagine showing their latest wares for the gun-buying shop owners and distributors from around the world.

Sure there’s the new Ruger American Pistol, the Smith & Wesson Ported Shield and the new Kimber wheelgun. But sometimes things you might not expect just jump out at you during the range days and the floor show that seem a little different.

We enjoyed shooting the brand new Walther PPQ 45, with its supple ergonomics and buttery trigger. The Beretta PX4 Compact Carry had everything you need for a carry 9. The Rock Island Armory TCM guns were light on recoil and high in performance, while the Sig Sauer P226 SAO was all about 9mm cool.

Then of course there’s the SilencerCo Maxim 9…you’ve just got to watch the video to see the all-new design.
