The Washington Examiner recently reported that Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg advocated for harvesting your own meat in a video he posted live on his Facebook page, saying that animals tastes better "when you've hunted them yourself."
"Half of the joy is things taste better when you make them yourself, and they taste doubly better when you've hunted the animal yourself," Zuckerberg said about 10 minutes into his 30-minute live video exchange with fans and followers. "Whether you're fishing for the salmon or going hunting for a boar, that's a big part of it — that you feel more connected to what you're doing, to what you're eating, and you cook it yourself, and then it's this whole experience."
In the video, Zuckerberg said he began hunting four or five years ago and prefers to eat what he kills.
"It's a good way to feel connected to nature," Zuckerberg said about 11 minutes into his post. "I feel like if you're going to eat meat, then you should [...] get to know where it comes from."
