Best known for its unique “Atom” and turkey-taking “Guillotine” broadheads, for 2010 Arrowdynamic Solutions has introduced the all-new Radian mechanical broadhead—reportedly the first to feature scalpel-sharp blades with independent compressibility. This good-looking head features two blades that pivot around a center axis, as well as hind springs that hold the blades in. Each blade offers a cutting width of 1 ½ inches and has the ability to independently compress the broadhead (reducing the length-to-width ratio) as it enters heavy bone. Then, after passing thru, the blades spring back into place in order to cut through soft tissue vitals. The 125-grain model features a case-hardened steel tip, while the 100-grain model offers a solid titanium tip. For more go to Arrowdynamic Solutions.
