Known for breaking down barriers and introducing bow models that make game animals quake, Bear Archery is thrilled to introduce its new-for-2016 BR33. A bow with a personality all its own, the BR33 was designed to heed the “smooth” and “fast” call many of today’s archers demand.

“On paper this bow has the perfect specs,” said Jason Pickerill, Bear’s marketing manager. “Anyone that is into really good shooting and forgiving bows will recognize the specs are perfect, but then when they actually pick up the bow and shoot it, that’s when the magic happens. That’s when they will notice the smooth draw cycle, comfortable feel, balance, undeniable speed and all that good stuff.”

The BR33 measures 33 ¼ inches from axle to axle and sports an ultra-forgiving 7-inch brace height. This longer axle-to-axle length, longer brace height combo makes for a balanced tack-driving machine. The Max Pre-Load Quad Limbs promise power and durability, and the H15 Hybrid Cam System, according to Bear, gives the bow a smooth and comfortable draw. Hitting speeds up to 330 fps, the bow features an 80 percent letoff rating and is draw-length adjustable between 27 and 32 inches in ½-inch increments without the need of a bow press.

“Go shoot it and compare it to your current setup,” Pickerill concluded. “The bow will speak for itself.”

The BR33 wears an MAP price tag of $899 and comes in Realtree Xtra Green, Shadow, Olive and Sand.
