I've got a serious addiction to all things outdoors—I've had it all my life. During the week I "jones" for a chance to slip away to my favorite tree stand, or grab my predator rifle for an afternoon calling session. During the spring I'm in the woods at dawn craning my neck to hear a distant gobble or heading to the nearest body of water, fresh or salt, for whatever will bite.
I didn't really catch the outdoor fever until I moved from the woods of Northeastern Pennsylvania to Alabama. Seven years later, I've acquired an entire closet's worth of camo, a shed full of archery equipment, a safe full of guns, one set of antlers to hang on the wall, bloodstains in my trunk, a fistful of memories made and more pairs of boots than one hunter needs.
I have been an outdoorsman for as long as I can remember. I have been chasing predators for the better part of those years and truly love what I do. I have hunted from Texas to Quebec and loved every minute of it. This passion has brought me to Grand View Outdoors and this blog. If it is considered a predator, it is on my list. I hope you enjoy it.
