All sales, use, income or other taxes on prizes and all other expenses related thereto are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these Official Rules, participants agree that the dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of the State of Alabama, and that it shall be resolved within and by the courts of that state.
